BEGINNER RITUAL: Self-Love Spark
Time: 5-10 minutes
Best for: Quiet nights, self-doubt, full moons
1. Breathe Into the Heart 🌬️💞 (3–5 minutes)
Take your rose quartz crystal and gently place it over your heart.
Close your eyes and begin slow, mindful breathing:
Inhale deeply through your nose
Exhale gently through your mouth
With each breath, feel your heart space soften—like it’s opening up to receive.
Let the rose quartz radiate warmth and self-love into your chest.
Feel the gentle reminder: you are safe, held, and more than enough.
2. Light Your Softness 🔥✨ (3–4 minutes)
Light your Palo Santo and let the calming smoke drift around your body.
As you move the smoke gently over your heart, shoulders, and crown, say aloud:
“I am worthy of love. I am home within myself.”
Repeat slowly, intentionally.
With each word, feel yourself returning to the safety and sweetness of your own presence.
Let any judgment or self-doubt melt into the smoke and dissolve.
3. Affirmation & Intention 💌📝 (5–6 minutes)
Choose one affirmation scroll or card from your kit and read it out loud three times.
Let each repetition sink deeper into your energy.
Then, open your mini notebook and write about your current emotional state:
How are you feeling—really?
Where are you holding tension?
What does your heart need today?
This isn’t about fixing—just witnessing yourself with tenderness.
Let your words be your offering of love to the version of you that needs it most.
INTERMEDIATE RITUAL: The Mirror Ritual
Time: 20 minutes
Best for: Inner child healing, confidence dips
1. Set the Vibe 🔥💞 (5–6 minutes)
Light your incense stick and place it in your quartz crystal holder. Let the scent fill the room slowly, inviting softness into your space.
Sit comfortably with your rose quartz crystal in hand. Place it gently over your heart or hold it between both palms.
Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths. With each inhale, draw in love and gentleness. With each exhale, release tension or judgment.
Let this space become a sanctuary of self-acceptance.
2. Mirror Work 🌿🪞 (4–5 minutes)
Stand or sit in front of a mirror. Gaze into your own eyes—not to judge, but to witness.
Say aloud, slowly and with intention:
“I love you. I see you. I choose you.”
Repeat this 3–5 times.
Let any emotions rise. Let them flow. This is a sacred act of choosing yourself, fully and without condition.
3. Write a Love Letter 💌🖊️ (7–8 minutes)
Open your mini notebook and begin to write a love letter—either to your past self (a version that needed love, forgiveness, or encouragement), or your future self (the woman you're becoming).
Let it be gentle, raw, and real.
What do you want her to know?
What would have comforted her?
What do you hope she remembers?
This is your heart, poured onto the page.
4. Seal the Ritual 🧿✨ (1–2 minutes)
Take your evil eye keychain in your hand and hold it to your heart.
Close your eyes and say aloud:
“I protect my heart with love.”
Let this be your closing moment—your energetic seal.
You're not building walls—you’re building boundaries rooted in self-worth.
Carry this symbol as your daily reminder: your heart is sacred, and so are you.
ADVANCED RITUAL: Heart Healing Ceremony
Time: 30-40 minutes
Best for: Breakups, grief, emotional resets
1. Create Sacred Space 🔥🌹 (5–7 minutes)
Light your Palo Santo and incense stick, placing the incense in your quartz holder.
Let the smoke purify your space and calm your energy.
Create a small altar or focal point using your rose quartz and an affirmation card from your kit.
You may also include a candle, flowers, or anything else that makes the moment feel soft and intentional.
Take a deep breath and say to yourself:
“This space is sacred. I am safe to release, feel, and return to love.”
2. Emotional Release Journaling 💔✍️ (10–15 minutes)
Open your mini notebook to a fresh page and begin writing everything that hurts.
Let it be messy. Let it be honest.
What are you grieving?
Where are you feeling unloved or unseen?
What has been weighing on your heart?
Don’t hold back. No one will read this but you—and even you won’t hold onto it.
This is a clearing. A release. A return to your inner truth.
3. Channeled Affirmation Writing 💌 (7–10 minutes)
Now that you’ve cleared space, place one hand over your heart and take a few breaths.
Ask yourself:
“What do I most need to hear right now?”
Write down three personal affirmations that come from within.
Examples:
I am still lovable, even when I feel broken.
I am allowed to rest and receive.
I am growing, and that’s enough.
These affirmations are your soul medicine. Let them pour out.
4. Burn & Begin Again 🔥🌬️ (5–7 minutes)
Carefully rip up or burn the page of emotional release writing (in a fire-safe dish or outdoors).
Watch the paper dissolve—this is symbolic of letting go.
As the ashes fall or the pieces crumble, breathe in the scent of your incense again and say softly:
“I let it go. I begin again.”
Sit in stillness for a moment. Let peace settle where pain used to live.
You’ve made space. You’ve chosen love. You’ve come back to yourself.
