BEGINNER RITUAL: Centering Pause

  • What part of you needs to hear this today?

Time: 15-25 minutes 

Best for: Morning routine, new week, full moon reset

Light your incense stick and place it in your quartz incense holder.
As the smoke begins to curl and the calming scent fills the room, allow yourself to soften.
Breathe it in slowly and deeply. Let the fragrance act as a gentle shift—lifting anxiety, slowing your pace, and calling your spirit back into the moment.
Let this be your signal that it’s safe to pause. Safe to recenter.

Sit down in a comfortable position and hold your selenite crystal between both palms.

Close your notebook and sit in quiet stillness. You can keep holding your crystal or simply place your hands over your heart.
When you feel ready, repeat this mantra slowly, either out loud or in your mind:
“I choose peace and presence.”
Repeat it 3–5 times, letting each word ground deeper into your energy.

ADVANCED RITUAL: Nervous System Reset 

Time: 30-40 minutes 

Best for: Anxiety, overstimulation, burnout
